Privacy policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Monediez is a finance assistant that works over WhatsApp and a web panel. To work, it needs to store what you log. This page explains what we keep, why, who we share it with and how you delete it. It is written to be understood without a lawyer.

Who is responsible

[RAZÓN SOCIAL], [DOMICILIO, CIUDAD, PAÍS] (Monediez). Any question about your data: [email protected].

What we store

What we do not do

How we process your messages

To understand a voice note, a photo or a text, Monediez uses language models from external providers (for example OpenAI). The message content is sent to the provider only to be processed and answered; we use settings that do not allow training models on your data. WhatsApp is a Meta service and applies its own terms to message transport.

Who we share with

Only the providers we need to operate, and only what each one needs: Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Meta and our WhatsApp connection provider (messaging), language model providers (message processing) and an email provider (account notices). None of them may use your data for anything else.

Groups and people in your home or business

If you add someone to your account, that person sees what you decide: the household total or only their own. If you add Monediez to a WhatsApp group, it logs the expenses written there under whoever sent them. Let the people in the group know before adding it.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Web conversation messages are deleted after 30 days. When you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records).

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete it entirely at any time. Write to [email protected] from your account email. We answer within 15 business days. If your country has a data protection authority, you can also contact it.

Security

Your data travels encrypted and is stored on servers with restricted access. No system is perfect; if we detect an incident that affects you, we will let you know.

Cookies

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure whether ads work: it stores an anonymous visitor identifier and the campaign that brought you, and sends Meta events such as viewing the page or clicking a button, along with your IP and browser. We do not know who you are until you create an account. The Monediez panel uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or WhatsApp before it takes effect.
