Terms of service
By using Monediez you accept these terms. They are short on purpose: what we offer, what we expect from you and how payment works.
What Monediez is
An assistant to log and organize your personal and business finances over WhatsApp, with a web panel for the detail. It is provided by [RAZÓN SOCIAL], [DOMICILIO, CIUDAD, PAÍS].
Your account
- You must be of legal age in your country and use your own WhatsApp number.
- You may add people from your home or business. You are responsible for what they log in your account.
- The Personal + Business plan includes one business per account, with its own number.
What Monediez does and does not do
- It logs what you send and categorizes it. It can get things wrong: check important amounts and fix them with a message.
- Due-date alerts and summaries are aids, not financial, accounting or tax advice.
- It does not connect to your bank or move money. It is not an account, a card or a payment method.
- It depends on WhatsApp and external providers. If one of them fails we do our best to tell you and restore service, but we cannot guarantee full availability.
Payment and cancellation
- The subscription is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, in the currency and at the price shown when you subscribe.
- You can cancel anytime from the chat or the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not issue partial refunds for the current period.
- If prices change, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use Monediez for illegal activity, to send content that is not yours or to try to break the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
What you log is yours. How we store it and how you delete it is in the privacy policy.
Liability
Monediez is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made with information from the service, or from failures of WhatsApp or third parties. Nothing in these terms limits the rights your country's consumer law gives you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we tell you first. Questions: [email protected].
